Einar Haukeland
President and CEO


Einar Haukeland was named President and CEO of Westbrook Technologies in March 2008. Prior to becoming Westbrook’s CEO, he was a member of the Company’s board of directors for several years. He is using his leadership experience to drive product quality and forge strong partner relationships as the Company continues its revenue growth through resellers and innovative enterprise content management products, services and technologies.

 

Paul Remington

 

Paul Remington
Chief Financial Officer


Before joining Westbrook Technologies in 2004, Paul Remington was chief financial officer for Quick Compliance, Inc., a full-service learning management company providing e-learning content. He was responsible for the overall fiscal management and leadership for the Finance, Treasury and Human Resources departments.

Prior to this position, he was vice president and controller of Engyro, Inc., a start-up BPO/Web services organization providing data gathering, reconciliation, bill calculation and money movement where he helped raise $7 million in start-up financing. He was also vice president of Finance for Kelson Physician Partners, Inc., a non-medical administrative services company for approximately 36 pediatrician groups where he was accountable for the Finance and Treasury departments, and internal and external financial reporting, financial review and analysis.

 

Jonathan Langdon-Phillips

 

Jonathan Langdon
Director of Research and Development


Jonathan Langdon leads the development team for Westbrook’s portfolio of world-class Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software. He joined Westbrook in 2004 and has also served as director of professional services at Westbrook. In that position, he was responsible for the Company’s consulting and education divisions. With his expertise in ECM best practices, business process automation and workflow, Jonathan enjoys collaborating with Westbrook’s partner and customer communities to design innovative solutions.

 

Glen Bessette

 

Glen Bessette
Director of Software Support and Contract Management


Glen Bessette manages the software support team serving Westbrook’s customers and partners worldwide. Additionally he is responsible for product distribution, and managing technology partnerships and vendor relations.

Glen joined Westbrook in 1998 as head of the Company’s software support organization and education services. Subsequently he became a product manager in R&D prior to being named director of R&D in 2008. Glen’s extensive product knowledge and many years in the document management industry assures that Westbrook’s Customer Support Center provides superior technical response with its fully staffed, highly trained individuals.

 

Brian Love

 

Brian Love
Director of Professional Services


Brian Love joined Westbrook Technologies in 2007 as a sales engineer. He also held the position of director of sales. Brian brings a combination of keen analytical skills and a strong work ethic to the Westbrook team. Throughout his career at Westbrook, he has worked closely with the Company’s sales team and partner community to define customer needs and develop strategic solutions. Brian was named Director of Professional Services in January 2012 and is dedicated to designing software solutions that drive business process efficiencies for Westbrook customers. He earned dual bachelor of science degrees in electrical engineering and mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
