Mayoristas de Partes y Servicios, SA de CV Partners with Westbrook Technologies to Provide Document Management Software Throughout Mexico

MAPS, a leading hardware and software distributer, will sell Westbrook’s Fortis EDM product suite through its extensive network of value added resellers

Branford, CT – August 18, 2009 – Westbrook™ Technologies, developer of Fortis® enterprise content management (EDM) software, today announced its partnership with Mayoristas de Partes y Servicios, SA de CV (MAPS), a leading distributor of value-added solutions, including hardware, software and professional services, in Mexico. MAPS expertise encompasses information security, storage, and document imaging.

Through its expansive reseller network, MAPS will promote and sell Westbrook’s Fortis document management software. Fortis electronically captures, stores and organizes documents and other forms of data. Its users can quickly and efficiently access the information they need for decision-making, customer service, or other industry-specific requirements in over 20 vertical markets from healthcare and education to manufacturing and government.

Fortis enables automated workflow as well as efficient collaboration with its easy retrieval, editing, annotating and the distribution of documents. It integrates with other line-of-business applications such as SAP and Oracle, as well as copiers, printers and multifunction product (MFP) technologies from leading manufacturers such as Kodak, another MAPS partner.
