Professional Fortis User (PFU1) Certification: Capture Expert
Capture - Includes demonstrations of capture methods, including scan, import, import data and documents, fax-in, Print-To-MAG and Fortis Office.

Professional Fortis User (PFU2) Certification: Data Entry Expert
Index - Includes demonstrations on templates (all three types), copy to field, and file name properties, as well as discussions on Microsoft Office Properties, Data Entry Assistant and Update Assistant.

Professional Fortis User (PFU3) Certification: Retrieval Expert
Query Development - Includes demonstrations and construction of constant and variable queries, contains and equals operators, multiple Document Type queries and the use of the @SYSTEM_DATE@ variable, as well as Fortis QuickFind.
