Westbrook Technologies is pleased to invite you to participate in our third annual Customer and Partner Conference, Insight 2008, happening May 12-15th at the Westin Canal Place in New Orleans, Louisiana.
About the Conference
The Westbrook conference is a perfect setting to demonstrate your solution to both technology users and resellers. We are projecting over 350 total attendees this year, representing more than 200 different companies from North America, Latin America and Europe. Your participation ensures that our customers and resellers see the most current scanning, imaging, workflow and storage demonstrations available to them.
Last year’s event at the Green Valley Ranch in Las Vegas was our second combined show, and it was a great success with nearly 300 in attendance. Customers along with our resellers enjoyed one combined educational event to facilitate sharing and exchanging ideas and opportunities. Even more, attendees enjoyed the solutions presented by our hardware and software technology partners in the Expo area, including Canon, eCopy, Fujitsu, Kodak, and Kofax, among many others.
About the Expo
Vendor exhibits will be located in the main ballrooms where we will be serving meals, and the foyer surrounding the ballrooms. Vendor exhibits will be open to attendees during the extended lunch breaks, as well as following each day’s educational sessions. There will be no sessions or other events during the Vendor Expo to distract from your time to connect with attendees.
We will also have a passport raffle to ensure a continuous flow of traffic to your booth. Attendees must receive stamps from all exhibitors to be eligible to participate in the raffle. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to donate prizes for this raffle, giving them added exposure when we announce those company names on stage in recognition of their contributions.

Bonus Opportunities
Welcome Reception - ($2,000)
Kick-off the first night of the conference and gain visibility right from the start! Every participant is invited to this well-attended networking event where you have the opportunity to briefly address the entire audience. It includes custom signs and banners, listing in Web site and agenda.
Welcome Kit Inserts - ($300)
Note: Welcome Kit inserts require a bronze, silver or gold sponsorship.
Your literature distributed to all of our guests in their Westbrook Welcome Kit, which is given to customers and resellers upon arrival. The welcome kit will contain an agenda, Westbrook collateral and convention souvenirs. (One piece per bag, approximately 350 bags total.)
