Typically, this is done for large-scale integration projects, though all document management implementations can benefit from a thorough discovery prior to design and implementation.

Project and System Deployment Analysis
Typically used for large system implementations, this engagement involves having one of our consultants analyze and recommend general system implementation and roll-out strategies. This includes addressing hardware and software requirements, customization, workstation rollout, network topology, load balancing, disaster recovery, bandwidth and storage.

Site Survey
A Site Survey might be a pre-sales activity or a system implementation feasibility review. Our consultant will analyze the current IT infrastructure and make recommendations on where Fortis can be implemented, define requirements, system roll-out and the Fortis components that are required. Written deliverables are included.

Workflow Feasibility Analysis
