Cancellation Policy

Westbrook Technologies University Cancellation / Change Policy applies both to Private and Public courses, offered here at our corporate university or on location at another education facility.

Terms by Cancellation Date

• Cancellation Date	Penalty
  15+ business days prior to education date	0% penalty of education time, plus reimbursement of any non-refundable instructor tickets (when applicable), change fees or increase in ticket cost
  6 to 15 business days prior to education date	30% penalty of education time, plus reimbursement of any non-refundable instructor tickets (when applicable), change fees or increase in ticket cost
  0 to 5 business days prior to education date	80% penalty of education time, plus reimbursement of any non-refundable instructor tickets (when applicable), change fees or increase in ticket cost

Classroom Requirements Clause of Cancellation or Change Policy

The following clause applies for all private education at a Partner or end user’s site. Any Partner or end user acting as host for private education courses must make certain the room in which the class will be held meets the minimum requirements as outlined in the document “Classroom Requirements for On-Site Education.” Failure to meet the classroom requirements will be treated as if the host site for the private education courses has made a cancellation or change without prior notice. At the discretion of the Dean of Westbrook Technologies University, the possible remedies for failure to meet the classroom requirements shall include the following:

1. The Partner or end user hosting the education course(s) will be required to submit a purchase order authorizing payment for an extension of the engagement to cover the period of time from the date that the engagement was to have originally started to the date that the course actually started once the site was brought up to the classroom requirements specification. The educator will remain onsite and may assist with classroom setup but no education will take place until the classroom requirements are met.
2. The Partner or end user hosting the education course(s) will be required to pay all cancellation penalties as outlined in the cancellation or change policy. The educator will immediately return home and the Partner or end user must reschedule the education course(s) for another time when the host site is prepared to meet the classroom requirements. If it is not possible for the host site to meet the classroom requirements, then the Partner or end user must reschedule private education at Westbrook Technologies University.

Upon cancellation of a public or private course each registered student will be charged for the education kit sent prior to class. The cost will be $35 per kit plus shipping charges.
