Re-Registration Information
Prior to submitting
this re-registration form, please review the following information
and procedures relating
to the software re-registration process.
Before calling for your Re-registration number,
be sure that the software has been installed and is working properly.
Upon installation, you are provided with a number of pre-registration
"runs" to assist in the installation, configuration and
testing of the software. If a problem is encountered during the
installation, or while configuring servers or workstations, reinstallation
can be accomplished with no delay. Registration is usually the last
step in the installation process. Re-registration will not be approved
unless the installation process has been completed.
Re-registration is designed for the rare occasions
when a hardware failure is encountered, or system upgrading is desired.
We request these procedures be followed when the need for re-registration
arises, so we may expedite the re-registration process.
- Contact Software Support for the accompanying
Re-registration Form. You may call them at extension 771.
- Complete all requested information, including
the reason for re-registration and a contact name and phone number.
- Fax the completed Software Re-registration
form to: 203-483-3350
- The Re-registration form will be reviewed
promptly. A follow up call for more information may be required.
- The new Registration number will be delivered
by the software Support, by phone or fax, as soon as possible.
Note: Normal
Re-registration processing may take up to 24 hours.
