A useful tool for sharing documents and data

Fortis CDExpress allows a Fortis user to replicate all or part of a Fortis database on a CD or DVD. Documents, index data, Folders, Formats, and Pick Lists, as well as Query Sets and Queries, are included on the media. All the data is saved under the rules of the Fortis security schema. The CD or DVD can then be used by anyone who has a computer.

With Fortis CDExpress documents can be searched and viewed; printed, faxed, and e-mailed; and shared via your organization’s network and the Internet. Customers or partners can have immediate access to the data and documents they need, ensuring seamless communication and efficient information exchange. Use any CD or DVD burner and data and documents are conveniently stored for searching, viewing, and sharing.
