To confirm receipt of goods, a user working in an accounting application can use a purchase order number to access a corresponding invoice, packing slip, shipping form and delivery confirmation document in the Fortis system without leaving the accounting application. In return, the accounting application can be pre-configured to pull data such as the customer name, invoice amount and invoice due date back into Fortis.
