Fortis Connector for eCopy™ ShareScan®

A connector that bridges the gap between paper and digital workflows

With the touch of a button, using Fortis Connector for eCopy ShareScan, multifunctional device users can capture documents with eCopy’s ShareScan and send it to Fortis content management software. The connector leverages the open architecture of Fortis for seamless connectivity, allowing eCopy ShareScan users with an eCopy-enabled multifunction printer to send scanned documents effortlessly to their Fortis database.

One-touch connection to Fortis
On the front end, Fortis Connector for eCopy ShareScan captures and transforms full-color or black and white paper documents into electronic images extending the capabilities of a digital copier or scanner. With Fortis Connector for eCopy ShareScan, users simply select the “Send to Fortis” button on the eCopy touch panel, and scanned images are passed to Fortis. Once inside the Fortis database, users can store and securely retrieve all their business documents in seconds making information decisions based on the latest, comprehensive data.
