Automated workflow software improves business process efficiency and reduces costs
Fortis Inflo automates the procedures used to process documents in a Fortis database. Using a rule-based approach, Fortis Inflo streamlines the tasks associated with business processes, allowing quick, accurate and efficient workflow capabilities to document management systems.
Fortis Inflo’s easy-to-use interface and intuitive design makes diagramming business processes a snap. These can be easily adjusted or modified as the workflow evolves.
Keep projects moving
Many hours of each work day are wasted going from office to office or waiting on the phone with a remote office to collaborate with coworkers. With Fortis Inflo, users can work together electronically on projects to more efficiently complete tasks. Users or groups of users are informed of work to be performed or reviewed, while managers receive updates on project status, ensuring work is completed on time and business goals are met.
Monitor the flow of documents automatically
Using the built-in process design tool, graphically illustrate business processes and specify the rules for the flow of documents. Fortis Inflo then monitors the Fortis database and automatically routes documents based on these rules. Moving documents to a specified folder, setting index data, sending e-mail notifications, and running external programs can all be automatically executed to accelerate the completion of business tasks.
Easily change workflow as business processes change
With Fortis Inflo, route and manage purchase orders, expense reports, claims, surveys, and applications, to name a few. Easily adjust or modify processes as the workflow evolves. With an easy-to-use interface and an intuitive design, Fortis Inflo quickly increases productivity. Fortis Inflo also can be easily incorporated as a document repository for data exchange or integration with existing core software applications. Automating the flow of documents and information throughout an organization can eliminate time-consuming bottlenecks. Typical return on investment is realized in a matter of months.
Components:
Fortis Inflo consists of two main components – the Process Designer and the Inflo Server. With the Process Designer, the administrator creates a graphical map or process diagram, detailing the specific tasks, participants and the sequence for each process. The Inflo Server monitors the Fortis database and performs the actions specified for each rule.
