Web-based document management solution that accesses the Fortis repository from anywhere

Fortis Web is a Web-based document management option that allows users to access the Fortis repository from anywhere. With Fortis Web (standard in Fortis and optional in Fortis SE) authorized staff can securely share business information and collaborate from anywhere via the Internet to assure informed decision-making and rapid responses to business issues and inquiries. With security controls and auditing functions, you can set the levels of access to content, and monitor activities and actions performed on documents.

Collaborative computing with comprehensive functionality
Authorized Fortis Web users can search, import, edit, annotate and delete documents inside their browsers. Users can also launch documents into their native applications and email documents to co-workers and other business associates.

Users get up to speed quickly
With an easy-to-use interface, Fortis Web users require minimal training so they can start performance essential tasks from nearly any location almost immediately.

Deploy rapidly with minimal IT resources
As a thin client solution, Fortis Web helps alleviate IT maintenance since users access the software through a web browser. The result is minimal software installation and IT support.

Note: Fortis Web requires IIS 6 be installed on Windows Server 2003 SP2.

Fortis Web Client Workstation Processor

Intel Pentium IV 1.5 GHz/AMD Athlon 1.3 GHz or faster processor recommended

– 1GB minimum
– 2GB or more recommended for Windows Vista
Operating System:
– Windows 2000 Professional SP4
