The following course offerings are designed to give customers the tools they need to get the most out of the investment in their Westbrook Technologies document management solution.
Westbrook Technologies courses require basic knowledge of the Windows operating system environment, industry-related hardware and software experience and a general understanding of the concepts of scanning, imaging and content management. Some courses also require basic knowledge of Windows networking and other criteria as specified in the prerequisites listed with each course description.
A comprehensive user education course to ensure the FortisBlue customers can quickly take advantage of the full range of FortisBlue capabilities. Attendees will learn to use the various methods of bringing documents into FortisBlue, and identify and organize them for later retrieval. Students will also learn how to find their documents after they are in the system. This class is the first day of the CFBA class.

This course begins with a focus on the end-user functionality of FortisBlue including how to create the FortisBlue objects often created by users, including OCR and BCR Templates, index Queries, and Full Text Queries. The remainder of the time is spent learning basic administration and maintenance of the system, as Power Users often assist system administrators in the management of their FortisBlue implementation. This class is the first four days of the CFBA class.
