Web-Connect allows customers to search past cases by error message

Web-Connect is a tool to help you resolve issues you may see when working with Fortis. With Web-Connect you can access the Customer Resource Management (CRM) application we use to record every issue with our installed products. If ever you see an error message while using our product you can enter it into Web-Connect exactly as displayed, then run a full text search against the last 10 months of cases and see the most common solution to the problem.
